I had a chance to enjoy the Icelandic touch all over again as I was leaving from the Keflavik International Airport outside of Reykjavik for Tokyo via Paris.
Just after security where you might sit down and tie your shoelaces if you were told to take off your shoes going through the metal detector. Love the color scheme and the bench.
At CDG, in transit. Terminal 1 is an unknown territory for me and this long (much longer than as shown) passage seemed very cool.
There is not so much a “scheme” it seems but the city of Reykjavik, Iceland has very colorful and cute houses in neat shapes and rows. Â Love them.
The many paintings on the walls of buildings in Reykjavik appear designed rather than being spontaneous. Â I was told some are commissioned. Â Either way, they seem full of life and very much a part of the city.
Hallgrimskirkja is that church that stands tall and visible from all over the city of Reykjavik, Iceland. Â The architecture is magnificent and striking. Â And the view from it, equally so.
And inside the church.
