The many paintings on the walls of buildings in Reykjavik appear designed rather than being spontaneous. I was told some are commissioned. Either way, they seem full of life and very much a part of the city.

People started painting electrical boxes in Belgium too. I really like it. It brings some colour and joy to the city.
