This is the last post on my recent Croatian trip and it’s about laundry!
Loved the lines of laundry flapping and furling in the air of houses in the old cities of Dubrovnik and Kotor, Montenegro.

The main market in Dubrovnik, Croatia was a few bus stops away from the Old City, in a neighborhood called Gruz.
The fish section is indoors.
I went to a very popular restaurant, both amongst locals and tourists so I’ve read, for my second lunch in Dubrovnik, Croatia. Â My expectations were really high so I was a bit disappointed by my dish but looking around, I saw what other people were eating and came to the conclusion that I just ordered the wrong dish (though for a restaurant that’s no excuse).
Now this was very very good.
And this is from my last morning in town. Â Fun. Â Yum.
Home pickled sardine. Very good.
The apartment I was staying in in Dubrovnik, Croatia was called “Old Town View Apartments” and sure enough that was the view I had from my balcony.
I tried to make use of it as much as possible by sitting outside and admiring the view and feeling refreshed.
Like so.
Such is the luxury of renting an apartment as well as being able to prepare meals to your liking.
And if I looked in the other direction, this was my view.
