I found Luxembourg wines to be very pleasant. It’s all I had while being in the city with one exception which was a local beer. I’ve already posted a couple of below and this isn’t everything but it’s where I have captured the wine labels.

Lunching in Luxembourg City
22 08 2017I had not decided where to get lunch on my first day out in Luxembourg City which is not what I normally do on my holiday trips. I did want something traditionally Luxembourg in terms of food and drinks. I found the perfect restaurant on one of the main squares, the Place d’Armes, housed in a hotel.

A Walk, Breakfast & to Supermarket! in the Bonnevoie Neighborhood
15 08 2017The neighborhood of Luxembourg City I am staying in is called Bonnevoie just southeast of the central station. The morning after I arrived, I went out in search of breakfast and grocery.

Empty streets everywhere. Sunday morning it was but I believe it has more to do with the very small population of the city.
On the way back along a different route.

The Final Hours in Pudong, Shanghai
28 07 2017The main purpose of my recent China trip was to attend an anime event that was being held in Shanghai.
And after all that was done, we had a big party for all involved.
This went on until after midnight. Feeling still a little full the next morning, I went down for breakfast much later than normal as I had the whole morning free and did not plan to go out.
And off to the airport.
Goodbye Shanghai until September.
