The City Skyliner in Luxembourg City

I never had this figured out until I decided to do a post now on this panoramic, turning observation deck called “Cityskyliner” that I saw from the ground in Luxembourg City.  I thought it was a permanent fixture in the city but no, they apparently bring it in, and take it back.
