I left Tokyo yesterday so this is already the second day of my current trip having had an overnight transit at Incheon International Airport, one of the largest airline hubs in East Asia, near Seoul, Korea.
The end of April/the first week of May is a huge vacation period for Japan and this year while not all days of the so-called “Golden Week” are national holidays, the company I work for is closed for 10 consecutive days. All seats on the Keisei Skyliner I took to Narita were sold out and mine was one of the last ones. Phew. The airport was extremely busy as well.

This hotel is situated inside the International Terminal at Incheon, after immigration and securities if you’re coming from inside Korea. If you’re in transit, you do not enter the country.
Now waiting for my flight to Frankfurt with an onward journey to Zagreb, Croatia.
