Movies! in the Month of March, 2016

31 03 2016

More documentaries than ever this month, all good as well.

While I’m not used to watching Quentin Tarantino films and was concerned The Hateful Eight was a very long movie, I found it surprisingly engaging with an immensely interesting plot.

The Lao trip update on hold as I am going away today to London via Amsterdam.  Decided to do the trip only last Friday to attend a funeral tomorrow in the south of England.

28 03 2016

The Beautiful Wat Xieng Thong

26 03 2016

One of the main attractions of Luang Prabang, Laos is its many Buddhist temples and monasteries, Wat Xieng Thong being the most important one. Some of its features are quite breath-takingly beautiful.
