Fancy Udon Dining in Osaka

18 12 2015

We were supposed to be four at this early lunch in Osaka on a sunny Saturday at the famed “Mimiu” restaurant to try its “udon-suki” (trademarked by them) which is a hot pot dish featuring udon as its main ingredient along with vegetables, seafood, and chicken in their secret “dashi” but we soon discovered that the fourth person was not going to show due to the wrong date one of us had told him.  We had ordered for two anyway because of the restaurant’s generous portions and so the relaxing lunch began.
