Went out with two of my staff after work and was introduced to a casual wine-and-dine oyster hang in Shinsen.
We ordered four different kinds of fresh oysters, all creamy and nice, but I so do not remember their names or where they came from.
And towards the end we had fried “shirako” or “milt” or soft roe. Tastes so good but it’s a similar feeling to when you eat fresh “uni”, sea urchin. High cholesterol etc. ^^
