On our agenda on Day 2 in Osaka was lunching at a “kushiage” (or kushikatsu) restaurant, again in the Kitashinchi neighborhood, very close to the restaurant my friends and I visited the night before. It’s deep fried food but surprisingly light. This restaurant, with one Michelin star, does a fine job.
