Unagi with a Star

21 10 2014

When asked what I wanted to eat for birthday by parents, I said “unagi“.  I got to choose the restaurant and I chose the right one.  Another Michelin experience in this family-run establishment, founded in 1835, with friendly service and the convenience of being able to reserve a table which is rare for unagi restaurants.

If you serve unagi (freshwater eel) and their parts. Different kinds of Japanese restaurants typically serve one particular kind of food only such as unagi, sushi, tempura, shabu shabu, okonomiyaki, ramen, etc. You are not going to get sushi in a tempura restaurant and vice versa. Thank you for the birthday wishes. 🙂
