We were supposed to go to this tiny, one Michelin-starred French restaurant in Ebisu on July 21st, the day of my mother’s actual birthday, but we had to reschedule and visited it last week. I felt very bad for cancelling on the day the first time so I was very anxious to get there on time this time.
My starter: baked conger eel
My main: pigeon.

A birthday cookie for the birthday girl that came with the eclair she ordered for dessert.
