The Last of the Mango Indulgence

This is the one remaining mango pastry from Le Pain de Joël Robuchon I had yet to try.

At the boulangerie, the sign reads that you have to ask one of the clerks to bring the pastry out for you as it is not displayed like other pastries, the reason being that it needs to be kept refrigerated so that the whipped cream will not melt.

The croissant was much lighter and less buttery than the shop's regular croissant.
