Sunday Cooking Time 〜 Continuing with the Turkish and the Lamb Theme

On Father’s Day, I took my parents out to sushi for lunch and feeling still too full in the evening, I decided to forego having a proper dinner though I was planning to cook something Turkish following the weekend before.

So this past Sunday, I went for a Turkish sauteed lamb and veg dish which turned out to be excellent and surprisingly Turkish despite how the recipe read.

Except for the use of lamb, there is not much Turkish feature in this dish but sure enough it tasted Turkish to me.  Considering it is not easy to buy lamb in Tokyo, I don’t think I will be making it often but it’s a keeper.
