Sunday Cooking Time!

It’s back!

Having generally had too much to post about my travels recently, I had neglected to do my “Sunday cooking” posts for a very long time but here is something from this past Sunday.

Getting my priorities straight by opening a bottle of red first.

First things first.

Decided on a Turkish dish that was supposed to be made with bulgur wheat but which I could not find.  I used barley instead which is very common in Japan.
