It’s back!
Having generally had too much to post about my travels recently, I had neglected to do my “Sunday cooking” posts for a very long time but here is something from this past Sunday.

Decided on a Turkish risotto dish that was supposed to be made with bulgur wheat but which I could not find. I used barley instead which is very common in Japan.
The recipe is by Kyoko Ogino from her 『家庭で作れるトルコ料理』 (roughly Turkish cooking at home).
