Time Out Tokyo had done a feature on “ten best Tokyo restaurants located inside a hospital” which inspired me to visit this old establishment during my walk this past Saturday.

Lunch at the restaurant, run by the Hilltop Hotel, on the 2nd floor of the hospital.
Juntendo did not make Time Out’s list. Could be because of the food. The nearby Hilltop Hotel is known for its excellent tempura and I was expecting more…
