At around 2:40 pm yesterday, I was in a shopping complex in Shibuya having finished a meeting nearby. I came across a temporary shop located at the store front selling foods and other goods from Kesennuma in Miyagi Prefecture.
Remembering that it was at 2:46 pm, March 11, 2011, that we were hit with a massive earthquake and that Kesennuma was one of the most heavily damaged cities and ports by the subsequent tsunamis, I quickly decided to pick up a few items from the shop making a contribution, small though it was.
