I had been wanting to go to this restaurant specializing in tofu dishes in my local neighborhood of Hakusan for the longest time and I finally made it this past weekend, on a Saturday afternoon, for a leisurely lunch.

The main dish which is the casserole is not to die for but other little dishes were great and the atmosphere is quite unbeatable.
