What I had for lunch may not have been totally Puglian but this restaurant, as endorsed by a friend who is very knowledgeable and particular about Italian food, apparently serves very good Pgulian cuisine. It’s quite close to my office in the general neighborhood of Aoyama and more particularly the Kottodori (literally “antique street” because of the many antique shops that used to occupy the street. There are a few left today) area and I went for a leisurely lunch when I took the afternoon off to get my nails done (my new routine as reported earlier).
