Saké on a Sunday Afternoon

I thought very hard about which restaurant to go to for lunch with a visiting American friend who grew up in Japan.  It was a Sunday and for this friend, I had to choose somewhere where we could sample varieties of sake.  I found just the place.

This is the Roppongi Hills branch of Densui, an izakaya in Ningyocho in the older part of Tokyo.  Would love to visit the main shop (closed on Sundays).
