I have not written about all of my November events I want to write about but I am fast-forwarding for this topic while it’s hot. ^^
As with every year, my two good friends and I went out for a night of French dining on the occasion of the Beaujolais Nouveau Day but we couldn’t do it on the day and went out on the day after, on Friday, November 22.
We chose a new (for us) restaurant in Ogikubo owned and managed by a French chef.

The Beaujolais Nouveau menu

I took this pic becuz of the coats hanging by the door which to me is very French.

Coupe de Champagne to start

Our starter. Terrine de canard.

Our Beaujolais Nouveau demi bottle.

Love the label.

Moving on. We generally like to have just one glass of Beaujolais Nouveau. It’s enough. ^^

The second dish. Soupe de poitrine de porc paysane.

Moving on. We said we were poor but needed another bottle of wine (we said we were going to do two bottles of red before we began) and were offered this.

For the coming days.

The main dish. Boeuf Bourguignon.

The next table was having a birthday party.

Dessert. Bavarois de poire au vin.

“Walnut wine” Tasted like port. Pleasant.
