Sir Paul McCartney @ Tokyo Dome

23 11 2013

What an experience!  I have seen Paul McCartney perform in the past but last night was something else.

This is from my evening of Thursday, November 21, at the Tokyo Dome, at the final show of the Out There Tour in Japan.  (Photos were allowed with smart and other mobile phones and tablet devices.)

Arriving in the arena of the Tokyo Dome. Already full of audience in the 50,000-capacity venue.

View from my seat. Not bad!

Haha. It was interesting that Ambassador Kennedy’s third public appearance (though this was I’m sure private and it wasn’t reported) after meeting the Emperor and the Prime Minister was to come and see Sir Paul. I think the Japanese love it that she is the closest thing to royalty the US can offer and we got her. We love imperial and royal families. ^^
