Eating in Hue 4

I went back to Mr. Cu‘s Mandarin Cafe on the third night that I was in Hue, Vietnam to try the local specialty “nem lui Hue” which┬áis minced pork rolled around lemongrass, grilled, and served with vegetables and peanut sauce to be wrapped in and eaten with (literally) paper-thin rice paper.
