I went back to Mr. Cu‘s Mandarin Cafe on the third night that I was in Hue, Vietnam to try the local specialty “nem lui Hue” which is minced pork rolled around lemongrass, grilled, and served with vegetables and peanut sauce to be wrapped in and eaten with (literally) paper-thin rice paper.
