While in Hue, I was staying in a very central location where it was easy to reach everywhere on foot. I was delighted to find that one of the most recommended restaurants in town, catering both to visitors and Vietnamese (but mostly visitors as the signs suggest and given the fact that they have an English website), was situated right across the street from my hotel (and visible from my window!) and since walking at night by yourself can be tricky, I decided to go there and have my first dinner which turned out to be one of the most delightful meals I had on the trip.

The best, and I mean the best, fresh spring rolls SAUCE I have ever had! The spring rolls themselves were great and different to anything I have had before.
I bought many of the postcards made from photos taken by the restaurant owner, Mr. Cu. He also gave me a couple for free as souvenir (he does so with all diners it seems).
