Royal Copenhagen collectible plates are very very popular in Japan.

I’m not into collecting plates and I’m not into much collecting for that matter but I do love the vintage Royal Copenhagen Fajance ceramics and I have one mug that would qualify as a collectible.

Bought, I think, in Copenhagen or maybe Odense, Denmark, in an antique shop.

Last week, I was given a similar “collectible plate”…

A not-for-sale giveaway merch made by the Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ. I'm thinking this might have more value for Disney fans than a Royal Copenhagen plate would as you certainly cannot purchase it even if you wanted to.

I shall be giving the Disney plate away to someone that may appreciate it more as I find absolutely no value in keeping it or in it… ^^
