I had never heard of any restaurant that specialized in serving salmon dishes in Tokyo or anywhere else for that matter (conceivable in Hokkaido perhaps) but such was where I was taken to last night and what a wonderful experience it was.
So impressed with the food, the sake, the whole atmosphere, the subtle service, the concept, everything, and its location, in this little covered arcade amongst mostly Okinawan restaurants. Lovely lovely experience and it would be so even if you didn’t like salmon. They had many other dishes that sounded great, too.
You now can create slideshow images? Cool…

I’ve done that on a few other occasions. It’s quite nice when you have a number of photos you want to show.
