It’s a bit late in the day to be drinking the “new” Italian wine, the official “release” date being November 6 but that was our theme last night and I had asked the restaurant I reserved to hold the last bottle for us.
An inconspicuous pizzeria not far from my work.
And inside is like a Japanese house though the building is a modern, rather nondescript one.
Our very good Vino Novello. Was heavier than the bottle I opened at home which was slightly sweet, more grape-juicy.
Great pizzas!! Spicy Margherita picante and a fig and Gorgonzola combo.
Oh yum.
