October 10, designated the Sports Day because it was the day the Tokyo Olympics opened in 1964 and one of the days throughout the year with least rain, was a beautiful day. (In the recent years becuz of the “happy Monday” scheme introduced by the gov’t several years ago, the Sports Day did not necessarily fall on the original given date of the 10th of October but this year, it did as it was a Monday.)
Anyway, I drove out to Yokohama to see the sole show the Bulgarian Voices was doing on Monday, October 10.
