The Only Cat in Budapest

I was so looking forward to seeing cats, really just any cats, on the streets of Budapest just because I like taking photos of, well, cats.

But during our six-day stay in the city, there was just this one cat that we encountered and it was on a picturesque street that seemed quite appropriate for cat watching.

We saw people walking dogs. That white moppy dog is somewhat too dirty to be domestic...

 

And then there it was!

Didn’t expect it to be so friendly but then came back the dogs.  Not shown in the pic but the dirty white dog is ahead of the black one and the cat is carefully observing it.

And now observing the black dog.

And off it went…
