The Viennese Cafe Life 4

There were so many other cafes I wanted to visit in Vienna but there was just too little time.  However, this was the one cafe I wanted to go and see if it just meant passing by it.

Cannot figure out the name of this cafe near the city hall.

Cafe Central, another very notable institution.
